Hydrogen purity analyzer

Piramoon System Qeshm as the founder of designing and manufacturing sampling systems and online analysis systems in Iran, is proud to produce the first Iranian gas analysis device based on localized technical knowledge in cooperation with Niroo Research Institute.

The hydrogen analyzer, in cooperation with electrical companies, has undergone initial testing and evaluation to measure the purity of hydrogen and is used in industries such as electricity, refineries and petrochemicals.

The MEMS technology used in this analyzer is in fact a combination of electronic and mechanical elements in micron dimensions on silicon wafers, which allows very accurate measurements because its high sensitivity.

In the design of this analyzer, the necessary sensitivities for use in high-risk environments such as ZONE 1 and ZONE 2 and EMC and communication standards have been considered, and also this device has the ability to measure hydrogen purity with an accuracy of 0.5%.
